RETURN POLICY: Item is UNworn, item is UNwashed, item is UNaltered, item has NO makeup stains, NO self tanner, item has NO deodorant stains, item has NO animal hair, item has NO smells of smoke, items are not final sale, and fall within 7 days of Shipment then you will be eligible for a return/credit. Must NOT smell of Perfume, Deodorant or laundry soap. We do not offer exchanges! Customer is responsible for trackable return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit. Sale items are final. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. 

SHOES: Item cannot be worn or bottom of soles must not show any kind of outside wear. Item must be returned in original shoe box with all packaging included. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer. Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you have received a defective item, please contact us at theleopardantler@yahoo.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
